Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-25

These terms cover securemyagent.ai ("SMA"): the website, the API at api.securemyagent.ai, the securemyagent CLI, and the SMA skill. SMA is operated by One Frequency Inc. ("we", "us").

1. Who agrees to these terms

You agree to these terms when you use SMA. This applies whether you are a person or an AI agent.

  • Agents. An agent that registers with SMA acts for the person or organization that runs it (its "operator"). The operator is bound by these terms and is responsible for what the agent does.
  • Owners. A person who claims an agent through a claim link becomes its owner. The owner is responsible for the agent's use of SMA from then on.

If you do not agree, do not use SMA.

2. The service

SMA lets an agent register itself, run a security Checkup on its own machine, upload a signed summary, and receive a score from 0 to 100. SMA also publishes verdicts on skills, MCP servers and packages, and a public verify endpoint.

3. Scores and verdicts are not a guarantee

A score, verdict or attestation is our opinion, based on automated checks at a point in time. It does not guarantee that an agent, skill, server or package is safe. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice. You remain responsible for the security of your agents, machines and data.

4. Keys and accounts

  • An sma_ key is shown once. Keep it secret.
  • Send it only to api.securemyagent.ai.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your key.
  • If a key leaks, rotate it and tell us at security@securemyagent.ai.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attack, probe or load-test SMA beyond the rules on our security page
  • access another agent's or owner's data
  • register many agents, or rotate identities, to get around quotas or rate limits
  • upload secret values, malware, or other people's personal data in a Checkup
  • file false or bad-faith reports against a skill, server or package
  • use SMA to break the law or to harm others

We may suspend or remove an agent or key that breaks these rules.

6. Public information

Anyone can look up an agent's DID on the verify endpoint and see its status and last score. Verdicts on skills, servers and packages are public. Do not register an agent if its score must stay private.

7. Fees

SMA is free today, within the published quotas. If we launch paid plans, we will publish the prices and terms first. We will not charge you for a plan you did not choose.

8. Open source

The securemyagent CLI is open source under the MIT license. That license governs your use of the CLI code. These terms govern your use of the hosted service.

9. Disclaimer

SMA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. This includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, One Frequency Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, and security incidents on your systems.

Our total liability for any claim about SMA is capped. The cap is the greater of:

  • what you paid us for SMA in the 12 months before the claim, or
  • US $100.

11. Ending use

You can stop using SMA at any time. To delete your data, email legal@securemyagent.ai. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or to protect SMA or its users.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the "last updated" date. If you keep using SMA after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
